WINSTON KUTI-GEORGE MBA, FCII, FABE, SIRM, CMGR, MCMI - (MD)

Winston is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in International Management, Insurance, and Risk Management. He has expertise in International Business, Corporate Finance, Business and Insurance Law, and Strategic HR Management. Winston excels at inspiring teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared goals and drive success.

MOSES SENESIE | CHIEF PROJECT OFFICER ( CPO )

Senesie is a management and business development expert, a member of the Southern Management Association (SMA) in Florida, USA, and a project management leader. He played a key role in promoting private sector involvement in agriculture in Sierra Leone by providing technical advice on agricultural value chains and financial management.

MR. KORTOR KAMARA

Mr. Kortor Kamara is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in the U.S. and Africa. With over 40 years in the industry, he specializes in workers' compensation claims and designing reinsurance policies for Africa. He has worked with top companies like AIG, Farmers Insurance, and Crum & Forster Insurance.

DR. MOHAMED AJUBA SHERIFF

Dr. Mohamed Ajuba Sheriff is an Agricultural Economist with 33 years of service in Sierra Leone's Ministry of Agriculture. He has contributed to agricultural research, policy design, and donor-funded projects. A practical farmer, Dr. Sheriff holds BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees and is dedicated to agricultural transformation and capacity building

MR. GEORGE TAYLOR

Mr. George Taylor, former Managing Director of Sierra Leone Commercial Bank, brings over 40 years of expertise in finance, operations, and technology. His distinguished career in commercial banking highlights his leadership, management, and commitment to excellence in people development and service delivery.

DR. RONITA LUKE

Dr. Ronita Luke is a paediatrician, child and adolescent mental health expert, and lecturer at the University of Sierra Leone. She is the Vice President of the African Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health. With a master’s in CAMH and fellowships in multiple prestigious organizations, her research focuses on infant mental health and developmental disorders.

MR. MOHAMED ALIEU BAH

Mohamed Alieu Bah, a Chartered Management and Global Accountant with CIMA and AICPA, is a seasoned finance professional with 13 years’ experience in financial reporting, strategy, governance, and risk management. Currently Country Head of Audit at Standard Chartered Bank SL, he has held key roles in banking and finance leadership.

MARTHA AMELIA SESAY

Martha Amelia Sesay is a Notary Public, Commissioner for Oaths, and experienced legal professional in the maritime industry. A lawyer skilled in International Maritime Law, legal writing, and document drafting, she graduated from Tulane Law School’s Public Law Centre and the IMO International Maritime Law Institute in Malta.

Veronica is a Human Resources practitioner with over 19 years of experience in public, International Non-Governmental Organization, and private sectors in various leadership roles.
She has vast knowledge, skills, and experience in Human Resources and Administration, having qualifications in HR, Data Processing, Business Law, and Public Administration.

AYODELE OLIVE PELHAM — ASSISTANT MANAGER - TECHNICAL

Ayodele is a seasoned insurance professional with over a decade of expertise in the industry. Specializing in Non-life insurance, she has built an impressive career marked by dedication and excellence. Ayodele holds a professional certification in insurance alongside a BSc in Economics, combining deep industry knowledge with a strong academic foundation.

ISATU MOZETTA SUMA | MARKETING MANAGER

Mozetta is a marketing guru with over 8 years of experience in the field of marketing, with varied knowledge in digital marketing and brand management. She is very creative and possesses remarkable leadership qualities in marketing, development, customer service, and Administration. She holds a Master's in Development Management and is a certified HR generalist from the World Academy for Research and Development.
